Creating something quite curious and very magical with the new Curious Wunderkammers exclusively at PaperWhimsy. This was really quite an adventure as I traveled throughout the world disguised as Mlle des Jardin collecting only the most precious and curious artifacts to display in my cabinet. Of course, once I got going other ideas for cabinets were popping into my head like fireworks so my adventure as Mlle des Jardin will not be my last! I’m sure I might go to deepest darkest Africa in search of the elusive Pulchritudini Orchidalia. 😉

The assorted goodies I used in my project can be found here. I also used sprinklings of Stickles because it’s just so darned hard not to. Along with some tiny sea shells I also dug into my personal stash of ephemera and ended up using an old cigarette card for the emblem on the right.

What a delightful project! I would love to do one with antique family photos and also one to display photos of our holiday come September. The possibilities are endless!
