It was so much fun creating this Flag Pennants Banner I’m already thinking of making another one for the window in my studio! Plus,it was easy peasy lemon squeezy to make! I just covered the pennants in cardstick, added a metal-like trim and roughed up the edges using an emery board… Then I mounted the flags to these Vintage looking cards and sprayed on some walnut ink. I then cut out the heart and words from Sheet# 306 and added glitter on the edges of the heart.I also cut out a scalloped circle using a punch and added liquid dots to the border. I glued on the black circles and then mounted the heart and word using foam dots.Lastly I added some twine and small clothespins to hang the banner.
Now didnt I tell you!! Super Easy! Happy Creating!!

Thank you so much Mary Helene!
I love this! Absolutely wonderful. My concern is that I don’t have a source for such lovely vintage playing cards. Hello Kitty won’t cut it.
Hey Jan,the cards I used are from the new Tim Holtz line.I found them in Joann’s.
Lovely and gorgeous Cat 🙂
