~Method~
(1) I started off with the Fancy Cameos 01 Frame. I stained it using Distressing Ink first the added a Thick Layer of Crackle Paint. Set aside to Dry.
(2) Next add Beautiful Face Image and Lace to Frame. I applied a Thin Coat of Clear Crackle Paint to my Beautiful Face to give her an Antique Look.
(3) Assemble Bottle Using Lace Doilies, Seam Binding Ribbon,Tulle, Buttons and Brass Findings. The Devoted Tag was made with Fancy Teenies 05 using the the same Distressing techniques as the Cameo Frame. Use a Strong Bonding Glue like E 600 to attach the Frame , Brass Findings and Buttons. I used an Old Doorknob Here as the topper to my Bottle. You can use Cabinet Hardware as Well.
