The curious spiky frame with stand reminded me of a reliquary form and it called out to be embellished with bling. I used a digital collage to fit the frame in Photoshop. It could just as easily have been done using the paper collage sheets. Afterwards, I added some cabochons fit for the beautiful Sheet 200-2 image. 
METHOD
- Paint Curious Spiky Frame in desired color. I used a gold spray paint.
- Glue decorative paper to base and cut to size with an exacto blade, cover it with paint and wipe some away. Add stickler glitter and brush over paint.
- Make a digital or paper collage to fit the frame and cut to size.
- Add cabochons to the edge of the frame and the base.
Prep by adding decorative paper to base. 
Prep base with color, paper and paint.
