I love the month of February and ever since I was a little girl have created something to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The little Love Token Fabric ATC’s are simple reminders for someone special to always know that they are loved!
Paint alterables with cream craft paint and once they are dry brush on gold Stickles. Glue image inside each piece.
Cut two layers of fabric (I used Warm and Natural Cotton Batting) 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Sew layers of lace on the top layer of fabric layering as you go. Leave a desired space to glue your alterable in place. Add buttons and seed beads. Add computer text stitching around the edges or you can glue this in place with a bit of tacky glue.
Add Alterables to desired spot on front of ATC using tacky glue. Once this has dried, stitch both ATC fabric layers together with machine or hand stitch. Add lace hanger to top of ATC with a few hand stitches.
