Three Little Witches

Before starting this project,I knew I needed to create a Halloween tabletop decoration at least 10″ long.I have the perfect spot in my living room but it called for something wide. Coming up with something was a challenge, until I decided to use the flag pennants in an unconventional way.

So I took the Fancy Bunting flag pennants and taped them together leaving about 1/4″ in between each one.

I added black spray paint to the other side as well as Curios Object No.1 Wings.

I then added creepy crawly card stock…eeeek..I getting the Eeebie jeebies just looking at it…

and then I created and accordion fold crepe paper trim and…

I glued it on to the back of the upside down flags and added some black glitter to the top and some caution tape.

But I needed a new color, so I added purple paint pearls dots on the edges.

I then cut out my images and boo findings

and added orange stickles to my numbers and once they dried I added some Inka Gold

and put it all together

” Three little witches stirring their brew.
One fell in and then there were two.
Two little witches went for a run.
One got lost and then there was one.
One little witch, yes, only one.
She cast a spell and now there are none.”

Cat this is such a fun piece! The creepy crawly card stock looks great with the caution tape and I love how you incorporated elements from the wee moon house reliquaries (one of my many favorites).
