The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

I Love Holidays that allow you to spend time with the ones you Love. With Valentines Day just Around the Corner, I thought it would be Fun to make a Banner to Dress Up a Mantel or Hutch with! Lets have some Fun!
Method:
(1) Print and Cut Out Banner Backgrounds. Using Matte Gel Medium, adhere Backgrounds Front and Back to Pre-cut Chipboard Banner Shapes. Using Crepe Paper, Create Rosettes and Adhere to the Top Border of Banner. I used two Rosettes to Make it Heart Shaped. Set Aside.
(2) Begin Layering on Individual Bunting Shapes. I started with Crepe Paper Rosettes then Corresponding Digi Sheet Elements, Tinsel Stems, Glitter Hearts and Chipboard Letters.
(3) Cut a Length of Ribbon and Thread through Bunting and you are Done!
Helpful Hints: I find that it really helps to lay everything out first the glue. It gives you a chance to play and get the look you want.
