A While back I found a Beautiful Vintage Feather Tree at an Antique Shop.  It had Been a Source of Inspiration ever since!  Victorian Paper Art has also Fascinated Me. I Love all of the Detailed Elements Simply Using Paper!  Here is a Little Bit of Victorian Christmas Whimsy to Inspire You!

~Method~

(1)  Cover Paper Mache Cone with Banner/Bunting Shapes (Digi Sheet 265) . I needed to use 2 of the Same Patterned Shapes to Cover a Small Cone (7″ Cone). For the Larger Cone ( 10″ Cone),  I used   Ancient Pages Suite 01 JPG   then Layered the Banner/Bunting  Shape over the Top. I used 3 of the Same Patterned Shapes to Layer on the Larger Cone Lining up the Patterns Symmetrically.

(2)  Hand Ruffle Crepe Paper and Adhere to Top Edge of Cone. Add Tinsel Chenille Stems or Garland around Edge of Ruffle. Punch Holes in Cone and Create Hanger.  Continue to Embellish Cone with Ribbon and Crepe Paper Rosettes and Mini Banner/Buntings. Add Glitter Star and Word Art.

(3) Create a Matching Tag to go inside your Cone filled with Paper Shred and You are Done!  Of Coarse you can add anything you would like to your Cone.  I Just Happen to have an Affinity for Angelic Paper Whimsy Faces!

~*Happy Creating!*~
