What can you do with a Framed Rusty Screen?

Here is a list of items I used for this assemblage.

Rusty Screen

Gold German Dresden Scallop Trim

Green Velvet Leaves

Tim Holtz Keyholes

Adirondack Alcohol Inks

Grungeboard elements

Collage Sheet #148

I used Adirondack Alcohol inks to tint the white frame of the screen.  Dabbing randomlly with the colors Espresso, Ginger, and Pesto.   When dry I sealed it with a matte craft sealer.  I looks almost like it’s rusted too.  I also used the Espresso and Pesto ink on the German scrap trim, to dull it down a bit before gluing to the inside edge of the frame.  The heart and wings are grungeboard elements painted with Lumiere Paint in Sunset Gold and Crimson.  Add a Tim Holtz keyhole, velvet leaves and piece of ribbon across the top.
