I covered the <a href=\"https:\/\/paperwhimsy.com\/pages\/old-store?productid=19566&amp;cat=0&amp;page=1\">Victorian Terrarium<\/a>, the brass horse and the skull charm with it. Smooth as silk.\u00a0 It goes on moist and dries quickly in the air. I didn&#8217;t see Gale&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/paperwhimsy.com\/pages\/old-store?productid=19585&amp;cat=270&amp;page=4 u\">Spooky Terrariums<\/a>\u00a0until after I&#8217;d made this piece but I think either terrarium works well as a Halloween piece.<\/p>\n<p>What will you be making for Halloween?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a small collage to fit within the frame of the terrarium.<\/li>\n<li>Spray paint the wood of the eco fiber board, then cover with Inka Gold Cobalt Blue. Inka Gold will work without the base of spray paint too.<\/li>\n<li>Use a cotton tip to get the Inca Gold into small spaces. Otherwise, use your fingers.
