These little bits of romance are sure to be a hit and easy to make for loved ones, friends, co-workers, or someone who makes your heart go pitter-patter. I am using images from the Exquisite Ladies collection<\/strong><\/a>, but you have oodles of Paper Whimsy images that would look smashing for this project, both as Collage sheets<\/strong><\/a> and Hybrids<\/strong><\/a> (Hybrids are great to print or use in digital art).<\/em><\/p>\n

Technique:
\n(1) Create a tag base using heavy cardstock and add pattern paper to the top. \u00a0I used Digi 080<\/strong><\/a>
\n(2) Cut a piece of cheesecloth<\/strong><\/a> in a rectangle shape and center on tag.
\n(3) Print out images and cut into oval shapes.
\n(4) Glue images down using tacky glue and place heavy objects on images until they dry. If you place a bit of wax paper over image it helps protect the object you will be using.
\n(5) Apply Silver Stickles<\/strong><\/a> along the edge of image. Allow time to set up and dry.
\n(6) Glue layers of lace<\/strong><\/a> to bottom of tag. Allow time to dry.
\n(7) Punch hole and tie ribbon through the top of tag.<\/p>\n

Construction time: approximately one hour or less for three tags.<\/em><\/p>\n
